Enrichment programs are classes and camps run by contracted instructors with specialized training, education and experience.
City staffed programs are ones ran by City of Carlsbad Parks & Recreation employees. City staffed programs offer a wide variety of activities to choose from ranging from preschool/parent involvement classes, free teen afterschool programs, activities at our senior center, all day and half day camps, as well as youth and adult sports programs.
