City offices are closed on the following 2009 dates:
- January 1
- January 19
- February 16
- May 25
- July 3
- September 7
- October 12
- November 11
- November 26
- November 27
- December 25
Exceptions:
- This schedule does not apply to emergency operations.
- The Monroe Street Pool is open on all city holidays except Christmas Day and New Years Day. The pool's holiday schedule is 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on all other holidays.
- The Library is closed at 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
