Downtown Village

The Downtown Village provides unique shopping, quaint eateries and professional services, which cater to our visitors and residents alike.

Carlsbad Street Faire

Twice a year, on the first Sundays of May and November, the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce sponsors the Carlsbad Village Faire, featuring more than 850 exhibitors along the streets of its quaint Downtown Village. It draws crowds in excess of 80,000, as it is recognized as the largest one-day street faire in California.

Carlsbad Company Stores

This retail outlet mall houses over 50 shops and restaurants located just off of Highway 5 at Palomar Airport Road.

Car Country Carlsbad

Over two dozen car dealerships are home at this large complex located off of Highway 5 between the Cannon Road and Palomar Airport Road exits.

Plaza Camino Real/North County Plaza

Carlsbad is home to a major regional mall located between the El Camino Real and Jefferson Avenue exits off of Highway 78. Here you will find five major department stores and 140 specialty shops along with large retailers and a variety of restaurants.
