Drainage Master Plan

The City of Carlsbad Drainage Master Plan is a planning guidance document that:

• Outlines the city's existing storm drainage network

• Assesses existing and future drainage facility needs

• Identifies needed improvements to accommodate future development

• Provides planning level cost estimates of needed facilities

• Establishes the methodology for allocating costs to future development

• Recommends a fee schedule for planned local drainage areas
