When not being used for Library and City Government programs, the new Carlsbad City Library's meeting room and auditorium will be made available to the public.

To help you understand the application process, see the "How to Reserve a Meeting Room" guidelines. It is likely that there will be more demand for these rooms than will be available. To improve your chances of getting a reservation, plan as far ahead as possible and follow the guidelines, policies and procedures carefully. Remember the times the rooms are offered are:

Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday - Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sundays 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
