The City Clerk's Department also provides the following services:

	Public Notification - Advertises for public hearing items coming before the City Council
	Copy Certification - Provides certified copies of City documents.
	Appeals - Receives appeals to the City Council. Please call (760) 434-2808 for information regarding appeal fees and appeal form.
	Oaths and Filings - Administers oaths, receives and records petitions, claims and lawsuits.
	Research/Information - Provides research and information services to the public and city personnel.
