Boards and Commissions

Agendas for boards, commissions and committees are available from the departments with supporting staff to each board,commission or committee.

Other meeting agendas

The City Council also serves as the Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board, the Housing and Redevelopment Commission, the Public Improvement Board, the Industrial Development Board and the Public Financing Authority.

These agencies hold meetings on an as-needed basis.

The City of Carlsbad invites residents to attend City Council meetings on the first four Tuesdays of every month at 6 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive.

The city also offers residents the opportunity to view City Council meetings via:

• The city's Web site
• Cable TV (Time Warner Cable channel 24 for basic cable and channel 126 for digital cable) on Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. and replayed throughout the week

Council minutes are prepared by the city clerk and are the permanent record of proceedings of each meeting. Access the meeting minutes through the city's document management system.
