More Information City staff conducted extensive community outreach during the development phase for the upcoming Carlsbad Arts & Culture Plan. Expanding art and culture learning opportunities for all ages emerged as an early theme of the effort and top priority for residents. Starring Artists was created in direct response to that community feedback. The complete Arts & Culture Plan is scheduled to be released in early 2018.
Starring Artists is made possible by the Carlsbad Friends of the Arts. For more information, contact email@example.com or 760-602-2090.
