Summer Author Talks, 6/9 & 7/20

The City of Carlsbad is hosting Author Talk events in June and July at Carlsbad City Library, located at 1775 Dove Lane. Admission is free. Seating is first come, first served.

Meet acclaimed authors Judy Bernstein (Disturbed in Their Nests), Eldonna Edwards (Clover Blue), Kimberly Robeson (The Greek Persuasion) and Kris Waldherr (The Lost History of Dreams) as they discuss and sign their books. Experience the life of a refugee from Sudan with Judy, visit a 1970s California commune with Eldonna, journey through Egypt and Greece with Kimberly, and take a trip to England with Kris.

Featuring best-selling authors Tory Bilski (Wild Horses of the Summer Sun), Janna King (Malibu Bluff), Kaira Rouda (The Favorite Daughter) and Abbi Waxman (The Bookish Life of Nina Hill). Escape to Iceland with Tory Bilski as she shares her personal story of riding wild horses every summer in Iceland, relax on a beach with Janna King in her latest Seasonaire’s novel, enjoy an edge-of-your-seat thriller in signature Kaira Rouda style, and curl up in a cozy bookstore with the always charming, quirky, and entertaining Abbi Waxman.
