AVIARA COMMUNITY PARK

Aviara Community Park is located in central Carlsbad near the intersection of Poinsettia Avenue and Ambrosia Lane. The park offers a wide variety of active and passive play areas, and sport activities for all ages including soccer, basketball and softball. The park features an expansive children's tot lot, and is able to host family picnics and gatherings in one of our five covered and lighted picnic shelters.

Picnic Area One

Picnic Area One is the ideal location for a family picnic, a child's birthday party or for an after the game team snack. The picnic area is located adjacent to the basketball courts and is an easy walking distance from the tot lot and restrooms. Four picnic tables, seating 32 adults with wheel chair accessible benches, are sheltered underneath the gazebo. Other amenities include: a family style charcoal barbeque, access to electricity, trash and coal collection bins. The picnic area is lit at night for time use. Picnic Area Two

Picnic Area Number two is the ideal location for a family picnic, a child's birthday party or for a company picnic. The picnic area is located adjacent to the restroom and is a short walk from the tot lot. The Open Space Area at Aviara Community Park is an ideal for company picnic are community oriented event. Located directly between the restroom and the tot lot, this expansive lawn area offers stunning panoramic ocean, mountain, and canyon views.
