City's Habitat Management Plan

The Habitat Management Plan is a citywide program, developed in cooperation with the Federal and State Wildlife Agencies, to preserve the diversity of habitat and protect sensitive biological resources within the City while allowing for additional development consistent with the City's General Plan and Growth Management Plan.
