The Preliminary review is an early, informal review of your project by the Planning and Engineering Departments prior to a formal application submittal. The review will provide early project direction and has the potential to reduce your development costs, shorten your processing time, and alleviate costly redesigns. The Preliminary review is required for projects within the Commercial/Visitor-Serving Overlay Zone.
