Signature Block Documents

The City of Carlsbad Planning Department routinely adds signature blocks to plans to show that an exhibit is an approved document/plan by the City of Carlsbad. The City has prepared standard signature blocks which may be added to plans by the preparer of the plans. Please refer to the documents on right for the approved signature block. Signature blocks should not be modified from the design provided.

Time to upgrade to Acrobat Reader 7.0

Many of the documents being distributed on the City of Carlsbad Internet site are now being developed with Adobe Acrobat 7.0. If you experience problems opening these documents, you may want to consider upgrading your Acrobat Reader.
