Environmental Impact Reports (EIR)

The purpose of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is to identify the significant effects on the environment of a project, to identify alternatives, to the project, and to indicate the manner in which those significant effects can be mitigated or avoided. Once an EIR has been completed it is made available to the public for a 45 day public review period. The EIRs linked to this page are avialable for review by the public but are not necessarily still open for public comment. Please note the end date of the 45 day public review period posted within the link for each project EIR.
