Transportation Options

Carlsbad Train Station

Walk
Carlsbad Village is a spot which is easily accessible and pedestrian friendly. There are several transportation options and walking is just one. Traveling north along the coastline, take the Sea Wall (0.7 miles) which stretches all the way to town.

Bicycle or Roller Skate
Reach your destination the environmentally friendly way by bicycle or roller skates. One can travel via the Coastal Rail Trail (0.7 miles) which is located just east of the railroad tracks.

Vehicle
Carlsbad Village has four FREE off-street public parking lots located throughout the Village core, which have approximately 800 spaces. Just over 1,000 on-street parking spaces are also available to visitors, customers, store owners, and employees.
