The Arts News is a quarterly newsletter produced by the City of Carlsbad's Cultural Arts Office that includes information about Cultural Arts Office programs as well as listings of other cultural events taking place in the community. The publication is available at the Cole and Dove libraries, at the Cultural Arts Office and online.

Members of the Carlsbad Friends of the Arts receive the publication via mail as a membership benefit.
