The Carlsbad Library and Arts Foundation’s goal is to create significant endowment funds to ensure that Library facilities and programs continue to grow and serve the needs of residents. The Carlsbad Library and Arts Foundation is the major supporter of the Carlsbad City Library Learning Center.

Each year, the Foundation hosts special events to raise money for important Library services and programs.
