Lifeguard Training
Winter/Spring
This course is designed to provide qualified participants with the certifications required for working at swimming pools. Upon completion graduates will receive American Red Cross certifications in Lifeguard Training; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for the Professional Rescuer (CPR-FPR); Title 22 First Aid for Public Safety Personnel; Automated External Defibrillation (AED) Essentials; and Oxygen Administration for the Professional Rescuer (additional information). Water Safety Instructor
Winter/Spring
This course is designed to provide training and certification to teach American Red Cross swimming and a variety of related aquatic skills. Emphasis is on class organization.
