Class registration

How do I get set up for online registration?

First, you'll need to open an account in order to obtain the Family ID and PIN needed for online registration.  All family members belong to the same account.  Carlsbad residents need to provide proof of residency to take advantage resident rates. 

 

I have an existing account, but forgot my Family ID and/or PIN.  How can I get this information?

Contact one of the registration locations by phone or in-person.
 

I work and cannot come in during business hours to show proof of residency. What are my options?

Community centers at Calavera Hills and Stagecoach are open until 10 p.m. weekdays.  Weekend hours are available at select facilities. Contact one of the registration locations to determine after-hours or weekend availability.

How do I update my account information, or add family members?

Contact one of the registration locations by phone or in-person.


How do I cancel a class?  Can I get a refund?

Cancel a class by phone or in-person to any registration location.  To view our refund policy, click here.
 

How can I see if there is space available in a class?

In online registration, click on the name of the activity. Class description, location, cost, age requirements and number of spaces available are provided.  If no spaces are available, the "Add" button will change to say "Waitlist."

 

How do I verify I am on the wait list?

In online registration, click on My Account. From there, view enrollment/wait list history for all family members.  Contact any registration location for more information.

 

How can I print a receipt?

At the end of the online registration process there is an option to print a receipt. Receipts can be mailed upon request; contact any registration location


Can I view my account history online?

Yes, click on My Account tab at the top of the page.
 

I am not comfortable using my credit card online.  What are my options?

Customer security is of the utmost importance.  Online registration uses the highest encryption technology to ensure all transactions are safe and secure.  If you prefer not to use a credit card, you can make advance payments to your account in person at any registration location. Once the credit is applied to your account, you will be able to register, and the cost of the registration will be deducted from the balance. You must establish a sufficient balance to cover the cost of your registration, as payment-in-full for online registrations are required to successfully complete the transaction.

 

Can I register online after a class has started?

Online registration is closed once a class has started. Registration may still be available by contacting a registration location, based on availability and before the third class has taken place.
