These camps offer a structured half-day program for children from ages 3 to 5. The children in Pee Wee Camp have playground time, story time, crafts and so much more! The camps have a ratio of one counselor for every five children. Safety and fun are at the forefront during all camp activities.
Due to strict adherence to the maximum number of campers in this program, Pee Wee Camp is the first to fill up once reservations open. In some cases the program fills up well in advance, so it is important to plan early.
Pee Wee camps are offered during Carlsbad Unified School District's spring break and summer recess.

Summer is here and this is the perfect camp for the first timer. This half day camp runs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This camp only has 15 openings per week, so register early. This camp sells out every year.

Camp Guide
Age 5
This camp is designed for the younger kids in mind but if your child is 5 and ready to step up to an all day camp where they get to play sports, do crafts, team-building, water play, field trips, and so much than Kidz Camp is the way to go. It is held at both Calaver & Stagecoach community centers and is for ages 5-11. Please visit the Kidz Camp page for more info.
If you have a 5 year old and would like to register for Kidz Camp please contact Michael Bodman Recreation Supervisor at 760-602-7527. Registration for 5 year olds require permission from supervisor.
Spring Pee Wee Camp 2014 (ages 3-5)
Spring is finally here and that means it's time for Pee Wee Camp to start. This is the perfect camp for first timer and for those just getting use to being away from home. Well-trained staff is on hand at a ratio of 5:1 to help guide the little ones with arts and crafts, boogie time, circle stories, physical activities, water play and so much more. Campers must be potty trained. Get your registration in early. Participants must bring a lunch and snack each day.
