Jefferson Street and Marron Road Carlsbad, CA 92008 Get directions   Located across from the Buena Vista Lagoon the 5.5-acre park is a favorite of nature enthusiasts because of its extensive trails and famed eucalyptus groves.  This park is not available for rentals.

Construction on access road

Beginning May 16, the city will be making improvements to an existing access road on the west side of the grove and south ot the tot lot that will temporarily close a section of trail.  Signs will mark the section of trail that will be off-limits to the public during construction.  The existing trail footbridge will be removed during the main construction operations and replaced by the contractor at the end of the project.  The access road is used to service drainage structures at the park.  Construction is expected to be completed by the end of June.  For more information on this project, please contact Casey Arndt, Construction Manager, at 760-602-2780 ext. 7320.
