Community Wellness Expo
The Community Wellness Expo will be held at Westfield Plaza Camino Real on Saturday, July 7, 2012, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Residents and visitors alike will enjoy the excitement and fun planned for this event. Shopping, music, interactive demonstrations, and fun activities are some of the features that will offer a unique experience for all. The Expo carries over to Sunday, July 8, 2012, from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. taking place at Tamarack State Beach along the seawall as part of the 31st annual Carlsbad Triathlon.

10 a.m. - 3 p.m. -- Community Wellness Expo
Located at Westfield Plaza Camino Real from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This expo is geared toward individual and family healthy lifestyles! There will be many different activities to keep everyone engaged. Attractions include unique relays, agility tests, seminars, Wii fit demos, plus live demonstrations for youth, teens, and adults. Everything needed to participate in a triathlon will be for sale. Also, lots of booths with health, fitness, and sporting supplies, triathlon accessories, nutritional supplements, and athletic services will be there.

Located along the seawall at Tamarack State Beach, this expo will take place from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. It's one stop shopping for all of your health and fitness needs.

Tamarack Surf Beach parking will be closed from Saturday, July 7, at 11 p.m., to Sunday, July 8, at 2 p.m. On Sunday, July 8, Carlsbad Boulevard, between Pine and La Costa Avenues, will be closed to all vehicle and bicycle traffic and bicycles from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Community Wellness Expo hours for vendors is Saturday, July 7, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with setup at 7 a.m., and on Sunday, July 8, from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m., with setup beginning at 5 a.m. Each vendor receives a 10' x 10' booth space. Canopies, tables and chairs are not included but can be rented. Canopy rentals are an additional $75 and one 8' table with two chairs are an additional $25. Vendors must provide their own canopy or rent one. Space is limited, so register early!
