DISCLAIMER: The race course and timeline can be changed at the discretion of the race organization. All distances are approximate by GPS measurements. The race can be altered, postponed or cancelled with no refunds due to weather, natural disturbances, police activity, acts of terrorism and threats of terrorism.

Register early!
Only 1,000 slots are available in 2012, and the event is expected to fill. Participants may register online, by mail or on the day before the race.
- Register online: Participants may register for the race online until Thurs., July 5, at 11:59 p.m.
- Register by mail: Print you registration form and mail it in (waiver must have original signature). Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by July 1. Please mail applications, postmarked by July 1, to:

- Register on the Saturday before race day: If space is available, participants may register on the day before race day. Visit the packet pick-up area at the Community Wellness Expo on Saturday, July 7, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. With the exception of Sunday late packet pick-ups (participants must pay a $25 fee for this option), participants must pick up race packets on Saturday at the location below. Registration packets will only be given to the participant and a valid ID is required.

Everything about the event is covered on this website. Participants are responsible for reviewing all event information thoroughly. An event confirmation will NOT be mailed.
To confirm an entry into the race, click here. Check and confirm all event information including:
- The correct spelling of the participant's name
- The participant's age on race day
- Race category (individual or relay team)
If you need to make changes to your registration, you will need to submit a change of entry form no later than July 1, 2012. No changes will be made after July 5, so please alert the race coordinators of any errors. Online registrants who have already received an email confirmation should still re-check the participant profile and other confirmation details.
Procedure for changing an entry
Complete a change of entry form. All changes must be postmarked by July 1. Please mail applications, postmarked by July 1, to:
