Private property owners can complete a trespass authorization form  to authorize the City of Carlsbad Police Department to act on the behalf of property owners who are experiencing difficulties with persons trespassing, illegally lodging, sleeping and/or aggressively soliciting on their property.

Please complete the form and then print it, and either drop it off, mail it or fax it to the CIty of Carlsbad Police Department:

It is also possible to complete the form and email it back to City of Carlsbad Police Department, Attention: Community Services Division at police@carlsbadca.gov. Simply fill out all of the boxes, save the letter and email it back with a note stating that the form has been "signed." Both documents will be printed by the City of Carlsbad Police Department and maintained in the department's files.
