The Recycling Champion Program is a partnership between the City of Carlsbad and Waste Management. The program recognizes Carlsbad businesses for their exemplary recycling and waste reduction activities, which leads the way for other businesses in the City of Carlsbad to follow their example. Carlsbad businesses may self-nominate or may be nominated by Waste Management.  If you know of a business who should be nominated as a Recycling Champion, please contact the City of Carlsbad at 760-602-7507 or Waste Management at 760-929-9400 or email recycle.trash@carlsbadca.gov.
