Hazardous Waste
Hazardous waste is any product labeled caution, warning, danger, poison, toxic, flammable or corrosive. This includes items such as household cleaners, paint, batteries, pool chemicals and automobile fluids.
Limits per drop-off or pick-up are 15 gallons or 125 pounds, and drop-offs require residents to bring proof of residency (driver’s license, etc.). HHW sites and pick-up services do not accept explosives, or radioactive, biomedical or business wastes.
