The HMP Preserve System is made up of  smaller individual preserves that are managed mostly by the City of Carlsbad, Center for Natural Lands Management, California Department of Fish and Game, and a variety of Home Owner's Associations (HOAs). Other properties are managed by the University of California Natural Reserve System and San Diego Habitat Conservancy. Click on the links below to learn more about each preserve.
