Residential Recycling

In California, the city is required to divert at least 50 percent of its trash away from landfills. The city encourages many ways to reduce, reuse and recycle.  Residential customers are provided with green and blue crates by Waste Management for recycling needs.  Recycled items should be placed beside the regular trash for pick up.

For additional ways to recycle, please see hazardous waste and bulky items.
