Heritage Hall is one of three historic buildings at Magee Park, located just one block away from the Pacific Ocean. When rented with the Granary and Magee Park picnic areas, this charming site is ideal for weddings and parties for up to 500 guests.

History

Built in 1926 as St. Patrick's Catholic Church, the building was originally located on Harding Street, just south of Carlsbad Village Drive. Upon the city's incorporation in 1952, the building served as its first City Hall and police station. It also housed the city's early library and a dance studio. Renamed Heritage Hall, the building was moved to Magee park in 1979 as an initial step toward creating a heritage park in the oldest part of the city.
