What’s changing at Alga Norte Aquatic Center?
- Pool maintenance hour schedule: The dedicated hour for maintenance will now take place only on Mondays and Fridays, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., instead of the previous three days a week. No dedicated hour for maintenance is scheduled on reopening day (Monday, March 3) and it will resume on Friday, March 7.
- Long course swim schedule: Long course lanes in the competition pool will be available only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The pool will switch to short course lanes at 8 a.m. instead of 1:15 p.m.
- Birthday party inflatables: The inflatable obstacle course will be available for parties only during the summer (June to August).

Monroe Street Pool project update
Monroe Street Pool is expected to close in about a month for an 18-month reconstruction project. We’ll announce the official closure date in the coming weeks. Sign up for project updates to be notified when it’s confirmed.
