The City offers an interactive map providing access to property records such as drawings, final/parcel maps or building records.  To search, all you need is an address or Assessor’s Parcel Number or simply zoom into a property of interest and click on it to find results. Ready to start? Click the Carlsbad’s Interactive Open Data Map Portal.

Once on the interactive map, here are some tips on using the map:

  • For maps, click on a parcel, which opens a new box. To view records, select Final Map Number hyperlink. If a map number does not populate, the property may have been created by another instrument. To learn more what created a parcel, this information is typically reflected on a Preliminary Title Report.
