Veterans Memorial Park 

The city’s Cultural Arts is working with the city’s Parks & Recreation Department in the review of current park master planning initiatives, data collected from past focus group sessions, project timeline review in planning efforts for the public art element. Learn more. 

Barrio traffic circle

New permanent public art is planned for the middle of a new traffic circle at the intersection of Pine Avenue and Harding Street. The city's Cultural Arts Office is kicking off the process by asking the community for their input on how this new public art can best reflect the neighborhood’s identity and heritage. Learn more

Chestnut underpass 

New permanent public art is planned for the Chestnut Avenue I-5 underpass, which will be the city's first public art at a freeway underpass. The Public Art Advisory Subcommittee selected the artist team at its meeting in January 2024. The artist team will work with the community in spring 2025 to gain input and inspiration for the artwork. Learn more
