Effective July 7, Leo Carrillo Ranch Historic Park is open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily with no in-person services through at least July 27.
During the COVID-19 stay at home order, at the Ranch you are permitted to:
Walk, bike or jog around the Ranch on designated pathways. The back gate to the Rancho Carrillo trail will be open so you may extend your tour of the area. Please, no dogs in the park – the peafowl are terrified!
Sit, lie down, or picnic if you practice social distancing.
Take a self-guided walking tour of the grounds and exterior of the historic buildings. Brochures in English and Spanish are available online or at the parking lot kiosk.
Take a self-guided botanical tour. Follow the tour and discover some of Carrillo's favorite plantings. Brochures in English and Spanish are available online or at the Ranch.
We encourage you to walk or bike from home; however, limited (50%) onsite parking is available
Please remember to social distance – stay at least six feet apart.
The following activities are prohibited:
Gathering in groups of any size outside of your immediate household members.
Active recreation activities (sports, etc.).
Organized activities (painting, mommy and me classes, family and special event photography, exercise groups).
