Leo Carrillo Ranch Historic Park is open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily with no in-person services. The visitor center and staff offices remain closed, and all programs, classes, camps and events have either been postponed or canceled.
During the COVID-19 stay at home order, at the Ranch you are permitted to:
Walk, bike or jog around the Ranch on designated pathways. The back gate to the Rancho Carrillo trail will be open so you may extend your tour of the area. Please, no dogs in the park – the peafowl are terrified!
Sit, lie down, or picnic if you practice social distancing
Take a self-guided walking tour of the grounds and exterior of the historic buildings. Brochures in English and Spanish are available at the kiosk in the parking lot
We encourage you to walk or bike from home; however, limited (50%) onsite parking is available
Please remember to social distance – stay at least six feet apart
The following activities are prohibited:
Gathering in groups of any size outside of your immediate household members
Active recreation activities (sports, etc.)
Organized activities (painting, mommy and me classes, family and special event photography, exercise groups)
