  • Virtual yoga and pilates classes Join us on Zoom to create a union of body, mind and spirit as you practice basic yoga poses and strengthen your core.
  • 24K Zumba Gold on Zoom Cha cha, salsa, merengue and swing are just some of the infectious rhythms that will get you moving your feet, clapping your hands and swinging your hips.
  • Aging Creatively dance class videos from San Diego Dance Theater 
    This series of four 45-minute classes provide an enriching opportunity for seniors to share the joy of movement while enhancing the health and well-being of each individual. Gentle dance movements promote strength, agility, coordination, balance and mental clarity and are designed for moving bodies 55+ years of age. This class is adapted to accommodate the physical needs of the participants and welcomes for beginners with no dance experience. Classes are taught by Yvonne Gagliardo who began her modern dance training at the University of California Santa Barbara, then moved to San Diego, began dancing with Jean Isaacs as a graduate student at San Diego State University and has been with San Diego Dance Theater for over 25 years.

Culinary Lab Lunch Hour
Thursdays, Noon - 1 p.m. Free
Culinary Lab instructor Kyle Dixon will host a weekly lunch hour in the Pine Culinary Lab. Class will be livestreamed as Kyle cooks a new delicious and nutritious meal each week. Students will receive the recipe in advance, so they can have all ingredients on hand to cook along with Kyle! Register here.
